Modula Vertical Lift Modules are enclosed automated mechanical storage system. It efficiently stores pallets in two zones: Zone One: floor to ceiling storage locations on the back of the storage system and Zone Two: storage locations from the top of the access opening to the ceiling on the front side of the storage system.
The Modula Pallet will identify the most suitable position to store the pallet within the system by measuring the weight and height of what's incoming.
For accessing stored pallets, the Modula Pallet will automatically delivers pallets to the loading bay with a push of a button or a scan of a barcode.
Contents of the pallet can be accessed without removing the pallet from the system when required. The Modula Pallet is designed with a side window on the loading bay which can delivery the pallet to an ergonomic working level. The opposite side of the system can be fitted with an access bay similar to our Modula Lifts models.
Modula VLM's work in conjunction with Modula's Warehouse Management Software (WMS) to effectively and automatically update stock inventories, on-hand counts, and other logistics details.
